Join me in this full body workout. in this weeks workout we will be focusing on combo exercises, tapping both the lower and upper body to melt the fat & burn those calories!

today’s workout:

  • dynamic warm up

  • ball slams

  • isolated arm press w|knee tuck

  • overhead lunges

  • dumb bell burpees

  • squats + dumb bell press

  • bicycle crunches
